Bi-pedal movement is an essential part of our being. The foot, a key mechanism in this action is often overlooked. Greater awareness of your feet can improve health and stability while creating ease within your yoga practice and encouraging safer movement.
Join me for an opportunity to learn about the anatomy of the foot and related health issues. Taking this workshop, students will gain a basic knowledge of foot anatomy as well as mobility and health related issues associated with the feet. Through a 75 minute Asana discover how the subtle yet powerful connection to the earth creates a profound relationship in supporting not only your postural alignment but also grounding your awareness.
