Definitely made me physically stronger

  

I was lucky to have Lisa as my yoga instructor for six and half years.  Even though exercising with her has definitely made me physically stronger, I also become more mentally aware and attentive as a result of her guidance.  This mental growth has been one of the most important aspect of my recent life.
